Job summary

Keppel Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced risk and compliance professional to partner FM&I across REIT and fund management platforms, delivering practical, risk-based guidance and supporting regulatory obligations.

The role covers monitoring MAS/SGX, licensing, reporting, risk assessments, and coordination with legal, finance, asset management, operations and external advisers to ensure timely remediation and investor protection. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualifications in compliance, risk management, internal audit or financial services would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk and compliance advisory support to REIT management, private funds, and/or credit fund activities.
• Monitor MAS, SGX and other regulatory developments and support implementation of required changes to policies, processes and controls.
• Support licensing, regulatory filings, notifications and reporting obligations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and perform compliance monitoring reviews, thematic checks and control testing with remediation actions.
• Support enterprise risk management activities including risk assessments, risk registers and business continuity planning.
• Prepare risk and compliance reports for senior management and board committees.
• Advise on investor protection, conflicts of interest, personal dealing, AML/CFT and governance matters.
• Coordinate compliance declarations and policy roll-outs to promote a strong risk culture.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, asset management, operations and external advisers to close issues timely.
• For senior candidates, lead workstreams and mentor junior members to enhance FM&I risk frameworks.
