Job summary

Keppel Management Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior risk and compliance advisor to partner FM&I businesses across REIT management and fund platforms, delivering practical, risk-based guidance that protects investors’ interests.

You will monitor MAS/SGX developments, support licensing and regulatory filings, and drive risk assessments, control testing and governance reporting for senior management and boards. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Business or Finance preferred with professional compliance qualifications advantageous.
• 4–6 years in risk management or compliance, preferably in REIT/fund management or real estate.
• Strong familiarity with MAS and SGX rules, governance and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk and compliance advisory support across REIT management, private funds and alternative investments.
• Monitor MAS, SGX and regulatory developments and implement policy changes.
• Coordinate licensing, filings, notifications, and regulatory communications.
• Lead risk assessments, risk registers, KRIs and business continuity planning.
• Prepare risk and compliance reports for senior management and boards.
• Coach junior team members on FM&I risk and compliance frameworks.
