Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a meticulous Compliance Officer to manage day-to-day institutional compliance for our MAS-regulated FMC.

You will work closely with the Legal & Compliance department, the CEO and senior management to deliver MAS regulatory reporting, AML/CFT surveillance, PDPA compliance, and risk-based controls across the firm, including training and oversight of third-party service providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant financial-services compliance experience.
Knowledge of the MAS regulatory framework applicable to FMCs (SFA, MAS notices/guidelines).
Practical AML/CFT experience: KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring.
Experience with fund management or asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor MAS regulations, notices, and circulars and submit MAS filings on time.
Support FMC licensing conditions, maintain records, and CPD obligations.
Administer AML/CFT framework with CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, and STR handling.
Assist DPO and ensure PDPA compliance; facilitate audits.
Advise Investment, Operations and Finance teams; deliver regulatory training.
Conduct risk-based due diligence and oversight of third-party service providers; prepare reports.
