ALFAR CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer to ensure operations meet regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices. The role protects the company’s reputation, manages risks, and supports sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will monitor MAS, MOM, PDPA, and AML/CFT guidance, coordinate filings, and conduct risk assessments. A proactive, cross-departmental collaborator is essential for compliance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory frameworks including MAS, MOM, PDPA, and AML/CFT.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret laws and guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Submit statutory filings and compliance reports on time.
• Liaise with regulators and external auditors on compliance matters.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, incident logs and escalation frameworks.
