Job summary

Singapore Pools is a government-established not-for-profit organization providing safe betting, contributing to social causes through Tote Board funding.

The role focuses on establishing and maintaining regulatory compliance frameworks, privacy governance, and IT risk management to support governance and regulatory requirements. It emphasizes collaboration across business units and external regulators in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in IT, Engineering, Compliance/Controls, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, Privacy-related functions, IT Risk Management, and/or IT Governance.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regulatory compliance frameworks, standards, and procedures.
• Prepare submissions to regulatory authorities and coordinate inquiries from business units.
• Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance across IT and business processes.
• Support governance committees and risk/regulatory discussions.
• Assist on automation of compliance processes and project engagements.
