Chronos Agency is seeking a junior Strategist to join a fully remote, full-time client pod. You’ll work beside a senior Retention Strategist, learn to diagnose retention issues in Klaviyo, and actually build flows and campaigns.

You’ll read briefs, question assumptions, own QA across Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook, and help move client outcomes. The path offers rapid growth toward a strategist role within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on in Klaviyo for an ecommerce brand or agency.
• Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo integration.
• Able to think critically, ask questions, and explain decisions briefly.

Responsabilités

• Build flows, campaigns, segments and popups in Klaviyo with precise logic.
• Own QA across Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook; ensure live links and correct dynamic content.
• Question briefs and push back when needed to avoid bad outcomes.
• Read data, pull insights, and explain what they mean for retention.
