Chronos Agency is seeking an Email Marketing/Activations Specialist to execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns, delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines. This hands-on role collaborates with Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters to drive strong client outcomes and learn across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution.
• Familiar with campaign metrics and basic data analysis.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp or similar.
• Experience in email, SMS, or digital campaigns is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Motivated to learn, take initiative and grow into strategic roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, execution and performance monitoring of campaigns across channels (email, SMS, etc.)
• Identify performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and suggest actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data to spot patterns, anomalies and opportunities.
• Suggest process improvements and take ownership of your campaigns.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients when needed.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
