Job summary

Allen & Gledhill LLP is seeking an associate (1-3 years PQE) to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Singapore. The role offers hands-on experience, close mentorship, and exposure to significant cross-border disputes across employment, environment, health and safety, and healthcare matters.

You will work with senior lawyers, handling a range of disputes while developing advocacy, drafting and client management skills in a collaborative, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation, international arbitration, employment and/or investigation matters is preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity about law and clients' businesses.
• Willingness to learn and commit to continuing professional development.
• Collaborative mindset and motivation to contribute to the team's success.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and advising on a broad range of commercial disputes, including employment, health and safety and healthcare matters.
• Conducting procedural hearings and simple substantive hearings with guidance from senior team members.
• Advising and representing clients on a wide range of disputes and advisory work.
• Learning and developing advocacy, drafting and client management skills within a collaborative environment.
