Job summary

Ling Law Corporation seeks a Singapore-qualified Legal Associate with 0 to 2 years' PQE to join our litigation practice. Newly qualified lawyers are welcome to apply. The role offers direct mentorship from the Managing Director and a substantive, varied caseload.

You will analyse evidence, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and affidavits, and prepare for hearings, mediations and negotiations, with close supervision and opportunities to develop into a well-rounded litigator.

Qualifications

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 0–2 years PQE.
• Newly qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.
• Strong writing, good judgment, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital and AI tools.
• Able to work in Singapore and within a litigation practice.

Responsibilities

Ling Law Corporation is looking for a Singapore-qualified Legal Associate with 0 to 2 years' PQE to join our litigation practice. Newly qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.

What We Offer

• S$6,000 to S$7,500 per month , depending on experience and ability;

Our matters are varied, often unusual and rarely boring. Recent work includes military court trials and appeals, complex matrimonial disputes, scam and money laundering prosecutions involving cryptocurrency and cross-border movements, shareholder disputes, contentious estates, employment disputes, protection from harassment matters, insolvency and commercial claims.

The Role

Depending on your experience, you will be involved in:

• analysing evidence and developing case strategy;
• legal research;
• drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondence;
• client conferences and witness preparation;
• preparing for hearings, trials, mediations and negotiations; and
• Court attendances and advocacy.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and receive supervision and guidance.
