Job summary

Serial Microelectronics, a subsidiary of Serial System Ltd, is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Singapore to manage RFQ enquiries and generate accurate quotations that secure product sales. You will work closely with marketing and account management to optimize pricing and contracts.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a service-oriented mindset to maintain robust customer relationships and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree preferred.
• Proven experience in inside sales to manage customer enquiries and close sales.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage customers and internal teams.
• Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ enquiries and prepare accurate quotations for existing and potential customers to secure product sales.
• Analyze and understand RFQ needs and requirements to tailor responses effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align product pricing and supplier/customer contract prices.
• Liaise closely with Account Managers to finalize quotes and close sales opportunities.
• Communicate proactively with customers through outbound calls and follow-ups on RFQ status.
• Create and maintain an up-to-date RFQ database of current and potential customers for tracking and reporting purposes.
