Job summary

Intrasys (Pte.) Ltd. is seeking a Field Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain RFID/IoT systems across client sites in Singapore. You will work with senior engineers to resolve issues, optimize layouts, and support end users, combining software, hardware and networking expertise.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, clear client communication, and detailed documentation to ensure reliable system performance. On-site deployments and proactive monitoring are key.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years RFID/IoT field service or IT support experience.
• On-site troubleshooting, maintenance and system installations.
• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and integrate RFID/IoT systems at client sites.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues; perform firmware updates.
• Diagnose network issues and verify IP configurations.
• Provide technical support and manage client expectations.
• Maintain detailed service logs and document resolutions.
