Nanyang Technological University Singapore's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering invites applications for a Research Fellow in IC design to design and realize high-speed, high-efficiency analog/RF ICs and support teaching activities.

The role covers RF power management IC design, simulations, layout, and experimental verification, plus developing scripts in Python and MATLAB, and preparing research papers. Entry-level candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Ph.D./M.Eng/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant IC design/Electronics experience.
• Proficiency in Cadence, Python and MATLAB.
• Experience in implementing algorithms for machine learning.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and test RF power management ICs or other analog/mixed signal/RF ICs; development cycle includes circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout, verification and measurements.
• Develop scripts and algorithms for analog IC design.
• Prepare research papers/reports/technology disclosures, etc.
• Assist the school in teaching activities, including labs and tutorials.
