Job summary

Doodle Labs is seeking a Technician to support production, assembly and testing of wireless networking hardware. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to assemble, test and debug products from components to finished units.

The role requires an NTC or ITC in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and at least 2 years in electronics manufacturing, with hands-on soldering and PCBA rework. Precision and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with soldering and PCBA rework, including SMT components.
• Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot RF-related products down to PCBA level.
• Perform box build and sub-assembly functional testing.
• Assemble and rework PCBA with SMT components.
• Perform final assembly of electronic products from sub-components.
• Build packaging for finished products and prepare units for shipment.
• Set up and maintain test stations to ensure quality production.
• Assist engineers with prototype builds and product testing.
• Plan and organize work to meet production schedules and requirements.
• Prepare production documentation (SOPs, batch records, inventory reports).
• Perform PCBA debugging and diagnostics when issues arise.
