Job summary

DOODLE LABS (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on electronics technician to join our manufacturing team. You will perform troubleshooting on RF products to the PCBA level, assemble and test sub-assemblies, and support prototype builds.

You will build packaging, set up test stations, and prepare production documents while meeting schedules. The role requires an electrical/electronics qualification and at least 2 years in electronics manufacturing, with soldering to 0402/QFP and BGA rework a plus.

Qualifications

• NTC/ITC in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required.
• Basic electronics, digital and components knowledge background.
• At least 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Hand soldering skills with 0402, QFP components or above to rework PCB.
• Experience with BGA rework station is a plus.
• Proficient in reading circuit schematic diagrams.
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
• Positive working attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot RF-related products down to the PCBA level.
• Conduct box build and sub-assembly functional testing.
• Assemble and rework PCBAs with SMT components.
• Perform final assembly of electronic devices from sub-components.
• Build packaging for finished products.
• Set up and maintain test stations to ensure quality production.
• Assist engineers in building and testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures.
• Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements.
• Prepare production documents such as SOPs, batch records, inventory reports, or productivity reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
