Job summary

MediaTek’s Radio System Solutions Division offers an internship exposing you to RF analog IC design and verification. You will work with Cadence Virtuoso and MATLAB, applying circuit design techniques to CMOS building blocks and developing design scripts.

The program provides hands-on experience in a fabless semiconductor environment, with practical tasks in RF IC design, verification, and scripting support.

Qualifications

• A strong foundation in electronics and circuit analysis is recommended for this intern program.

Responsibilities

• Be exposed to part of the RF analog IC design flow in MediaTek.
• Hands on usage of Cadence Virtuoso CAD tools for circuit design or other supporting tools (e.g., MATLAB).
• Circuit design in CMOS process using simulators to design building blocks that meet specification requirements.
• Create scripts for design related usage.
