Job summary

MediaTek’s Physical Design team is hiring for digital backend implementation of advanced SoCs. Responsibilities include synthesis, floorplanning, place & route, RC extraction, timing and power optimization, and PI signoff.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided and a basic understanding of electronic design is welcome to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Physical design and development of a variety of SoCs and tapeout.
• Execute flow including synthesis, floor planning, place and route, RC extraction, timing and power optimization, physical verification, and PI signoff.
• Benchmark performance, power, and area to validate the design flow.
• Implement flow development using Perl, TCL, Python, etc.
