Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with demonstrated academic achievement.
• 3+ years in Business Analysis, Systems Design Administration, or IT Transformations.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience with Flows, Permission Sets, Object Schema.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable revenue growth by improving systems, data integrations, and automations
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape revenue system design
• Manage GTM tech stack and train teams on best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable, flexible solutions using first-principles thinking
• Lead process optimization initiatives to identify improvement areas
• Communicate recommendations to CRO, Regional General Managers, and stakeholders
