Job summary

Adventure 21 ltd at Clarke Quay Central in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant Store Supervisor to support daily operations and drive sales.

You will train staff, manage shifts, maintain stock levels and ensure excellent customer service for sports, outdoor and travel goods, with a focus on visual merchandising and policy compliance. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Diploma level or above.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations.
• Drive and motivate retail staff to meet sales targets.
• Train new staff and schedule shifts.
• Ensure store cleanliness and stock replenishment.

• Investigate stock variances and manage inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
