Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and meets brand standards (for supervisory role).
• Work closely with associates to enhance selling techniques and improve conversion rates to achieve sales targets and KPIs (for supervisory role).
• Handle and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to management when required (for supervisory role).
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on all merchandise available in-store.
• Ensure merchandising displays are maintained according to brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with market trends and the brand’s positioning within the industry.
• Adhere to all operational procedures across the store and stockroom.
