Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the daily operations of the retail store
  2. Supervise and train the staff to ensure high-quality customer service
  3. Maintain inventory levels and order new products when needed
  4. Ensure products are displayed and priced correctly
  5. Monitor sales and adjust staffing levels as needed
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  7. Ensure the store is clean, safe, and visually appealing
  8. Coordinate with other departments and vendors as needed
