Job summary

The North Face Singapore, operated by VF Corporation, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead the Singapore store network. You will drive commercial performance, elevate the consumer experience, and develop a high‑performing team across stores.

You will partner with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, CRM and E‑commerce to optimize inventory, campaigns and digital engagement while ensuring brand execution and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of The North Face stores in Singapore, delivering sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Monitor key business metrics and develop action plans to drive commercial growth and improve store productivity.
• Ensure a premium consumer experience through strong service standards, effective visual merchandising, and successful execution of campaigns and product launches.
• Oversee store operations, compliance, health and safety, and loss prevention to ensure consistent retail execution.
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, CRM, and E-commerce teams to optimize inventory, promotions, and consumer engagement.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development across the store organization.
• Drive adoption of omnichannel services and digital tools that enhance the consumer experience.
• Support store openings, renovations, and other retail projects while ensuring operational readiness and successful execution.
• Provide business insights and recommendations through regular analysis of sales, inventory, consumer, and operational performance.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will ensure stores deliver strong sales results, operational excellence, inventory productivity, and consistent brand execution. You will also play a key role in talent development, omnichannel initiatives, and retail projects that support the growth of the brand.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

• Experience within sportswear, outdoor, lifestyle, apparel, or premium retail brands.
• Experience managing flagship stores, store portfolios, or retail expansion projects.
• Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations and digital consumer engagement initiatives.
• Mandarin language capability to support collaboration with regional stakeholders.
