Job summary

Adecco is seeking a capable project manager to lead and coordinate retail store planning and construction from concept to completion in Singapore. You will ensure timely delivery, budget control, quality execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, with up to 50% regional travel.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in retail construction and proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in retail construction, fit-out, or store openings.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Project and MS Office.
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to travel extensively (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Manage retail store development and construction projects ensuring timely delivery and budgets.
• Oversee openings, renovations, fixtures, and roll-out projects with landlords, architects, and vendors.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, tenders, site inspections, and progress against brand standards.
• Provide technical support for store maintenance and contribute to cost tracking and process improvements.
• Coordinate multiple regional projects independently with strong stakeholder management.
