Job summary

Tyson Jay Group in Singapore is seeking a enthusiastic retail associate to welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products. You will deliver engaging product presentations and help drive sales while maintaining tidy displays and accurate POS transactions.

You will work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and contribute to store performance through strong product knowledge, customer service, and participation in promotions and stock control.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years retail sales experience preferred,particularly fashion/jewellery/beauty or other customer-facing backgrounds.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the confidence to engage customers and work toward sales targets.
• Comfortable supporting store operations such as POS transactions, stock handling and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Build strong product knowledge and stay informed about retail and market trends.

• Maintain attractive, clean and well-organised product displays and overall store presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and support store promotions, events and other customer-engagement activities.
