Job summary

SRI KARTHIKEYAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Assistant to join our Singapore store. You will help customers, restock shelves, and create attractive merchandise displays to drive sales while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Availability for opening hours, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven retail sales experience.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• The ability to use labeling and pricing equipment as well as POS software.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers in identifying and purchasing items.
• Restocks the retail space and maintains visual merchandising.
• Drives store sales and meets individual and store targets.
• Operates cash registers and POS systems.
• Monitors data quality in sales staff client books and supports action plans.
• Facilitates staff trainings and new hire inductions.
• Delivers exceptional service and maintains customer relationships.
• Identifies issues and enforces store policies with the Store Manager.
• Receives and verifies new shipments.
• Ensures health, safety, and security procedures are followed.
