20TY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Assistant to help customers identify and purchase items, restock shelves, and create appealing displays. You will support sales goals and ensure a smooth store operation with strong customer service.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, familiarity with POS systems, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to use labeling and pricing equipment and POS software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Previous specialty retail management experience preferred.
• Retail background preferred—previous management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Available to work during opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing items.
• Restock the retail space and maintain displays.
• Run the cash register and POS transactions.
• Drive store sales targets and meet personal goals.
• Monitor data quality in sales staff client books and plan actions.
• Lead staff trainings and onboarding.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Identify performance issues and report to Store Manager.
• Keep the store fully stocked and merchandised.
• Engage with customers and assess their needs and preferences.
• Receive and verify new shipments.
• Enforce in-store safety and health procedures.
