Job summary

HERMES MAROQUINERIE-SELLERIE (HMS) is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in daily operations and lead a team of sales staff to deliver exceptional service. You will manage client inquiries, maintain brand standards, and coordinate store events while ensuring security and high grooming standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and IT proficiency, with a focus on developing staff and maintaining an outstanding customer experience in a luxury retail

Qualifications

• Passion for retail and service excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with IT/digital tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Supervise sales staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle client enquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Maintain brand-aligned store presentation and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with team on sales plans and store events.
• Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and ensure security.
• Provide on-the-job and product training to staff.
• Mentor assistant sales supervisors as needed.
