Job summary

HERMES MAROQUINERIE-SELLERIE (HMS) is seeking an experienced store operations leader to manage back-office customer service, HR and daily administration. You will drive service quality, oversee till controls, stock, maintenance and security, and partner with sales to optimize store operations. Strong English, organization and leadership are essential.

You will train staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to Hermès standards while coordinating with HR for recruitment and development.

Qualifications

Fluency in English (written and oral).
Significant management experience in admin/operations, preferably in retail.
Very organized, rigorous and reliable, able to work autonomously.
Service- and customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage back-office customer service, including contact and complaints handling and follow-ups in store IT tools.
Coordinate follow-up routines for customer services, reservations, and special orders with the sales team.
Supervise till controls, daily cash handling, and reporting related to till operations.
Oversee stock, store administration, maintenance, security, and HR/store team administration.
Lead weekly briefs, coach team members, and participate in recruitment with HR.
