Job summary

HERMES MAROQUINERIE-SELLERIE (HMS) in Singapore is seeking a retail professional to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service in the luxury beauty and fragrance area.

You will stay updated on latest products, educate customers on usage, demonstrate techniques, and drive sales through promotions while maintaining a pristine, well-stocked vanity and organized shop floor. Training will be provided to enhance team skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.
• Passion in retail industry with goods selling skills.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and fragrance products, tools and trends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping experience.
• Stay updated on beauty & fragrance products, tools, and trends.
• Educate customers on product usage and demonstrate proper applications.
• Ensure tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
• Maintain a clean vanity space and ensure products are fully stocked.
• Execute sales plans and participate in marketing events and promotions.
• Communicate feedback from in-store activities to store management.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills of the team.
• Share new launches with the team and push sales for Beauty & Fragrance.
• Other duties as assigned.
