You will oversee customer service, promote products, and ensure displays are neat while coordinating stock with the warehouse. You will train and motivate a team of sales staff, set up promotional events, and identify new retail distribution opportunities, working retail hours including weekends. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, commerce or related field.
• Retail sales and merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work retail hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service
• Promote company products to customers
• Maintain display counters and products neat and clean
• Replenish stock at display counters
• Set up for promotional events
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock replenishment and order fulfilment
• Obtain orders from retail shops and arrange stock from warehouse
• Managing and motivating a team of sales people
• Provide training and coaching to sales staff
• Set up marketing displays for our products in various retail location
• Identify new retail distribution opportunities
