JD SPORTS FASHION SDN. BHD. is seeking a passionate Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Singapore. You will support daily operations, lead on the shop floor, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will drive sales performance, maintain standards, support team development, and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative store environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail, supervisory, or team leadership role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to motivate and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring the best possible outcome.
• Lead by example and maintain high standards of customer engagement across the sales floor.
• Ensure team members maintain grooming and presentation standards in line with company guidelines.
• Develop understanding of customer service measurements and store KPIs.
• Support achievement and delivery of store sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and customer service levels to maximize sales opportunities.
• Drive effective use of in-store technology to access the full product range.
• Utilize sales reports to support product placement and merchandising decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and store performance.
• Create an engaging shopping environment using latest visual merchandising techniques.
