Loft Home in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to join our showroom team. You will greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend furniture solutions to fit spaces.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, clear communication, and the ability to drive sales through various touchpoints, including in-person, email, and chat. Fresh graduates are welcome; weekend availability is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression of the Loft Home brand.
• Understand each customer’s needs, style preferences, and space requirements to recommend tailored furniture solutions.
• Drive sales conversions through walk-ins, email, chat, and other customer touchpoints.
• Offer thoughtful design advice to match customers with the right pieces—from layout suggestions to stylistic guidance.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and referrals.
• Address inquiries, issues, and feedback with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Collaborate with warehouse, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Support showroom excellence: upkeep of displays, assisting with stock movement, and maintaining stock accuracy through regular checks.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in any other showroom needs.

What We’re Looking for

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or home décor.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with energy and authenticity.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, attentive attitude.
• Proven customer-centric mindset—empathetic, approachable, and a great listener.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
