• Proficiency in using retail systems and technology; computer literacy is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, resilience and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems whilst maintaining a secure checkout environment.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up communication.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and product promotion.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing retail space, including restocking merchandise and maintaining product displays.
• Handling customer enquiries, complaints and returns professionally and courteously.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive shopping experience.
• Staying informed about current promotions, product launches and company policies.
• Contributing to inventory management and loss prevention initiatives.
