Job summary

Crocs Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, educate customers on products, and support store goals through promotions and events. You will help with product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, are fluent in English, and can work a rotational schedule including nights and weekends. Basic computer skills and POS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Flexible to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the Crocs service model.
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in various store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including inventory control and compliance procedures.
