Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP seeks a friendly Retail Assistant to support daily store operations, greet customers, and drive sales for our retail client. You will handle stock display, pricing, and assist with inquiries.

Ideal candidates have at least GCE O Level, enjoy interacting with people, and can work weekends and public holidays. Retail experience and strong communication are important, as is being a committed team player.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations including display and stock inventory.
• Greet customers, handle enquiries and provide service.
• Support sales and other store tasks as needed.

• Assist in daily operations such as merchandise display, stock inventory, and maintenance of store.
• Greet customers, handling enquiries, ascertain what customers need and desire, and maintain good service to customers.
• Support in other aspects of sales and operations.
• Ordering stocks, replenish stocks on the shelf.
• Cashier duty, compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekend and Public Holiday.
• Sales and Service Driven.
• Enjoy interaction with others.
• Strong communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Committed team player.
