Job summary

TSL COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a retail associate to assist walk-in customers with product information and a smooth shopping experience.

You will manage stock processes, maintain store inventory, and uphold visual merchandising standards while collaborating with headquarters for timely updates. Responsibilities include greeting customers, staying informed about products and promotions, processing stock transfers, conducting stock takes, keeping the store clean, and supporting weekend

Responsibilities

• Address customer needs efficiently to deliver a seamless shopping experience
• Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers to maintain accurate inventory
• Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies during stocktake exercises
• Manage store inventory to ensure stock accuracy and availability
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to consistently enhance product presentation
• Perform monthly housekeeping to uphold store cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with headquarters by providing timely updates on store operations and stock status
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Other Information

• Location: Raffles City or Takashimaya
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 5-day workweek, based on roster
• Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when scheduled
• Rest days will be arranged according to the work roster
