IGOLF INTERNATIONAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking friendly Retail Sales Associates to represent Descente Golf at the Pro Shop in Laguna National Golf Resort Club, Singapore. Roles include full-time and part-time opportunities focused on customer service and product sales, with no cashiering required.

Responsibilities include welcoming members, recommending products, maintaining displays, and assisting with stock takes. Flexible hours for part-time applicants are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented.

• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Retail, fashion, sportswear or golf-related sales experience is an advantage, but not compulsory.
• Interest in golf, fashion or premium sportswear would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet club members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce and recommend Descente Golf products based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Be responsible for sales of Descente Golf products only within the Pro Shop.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to regular and VIP customers.
• Maintain good product knowledge and ensure merchandise is presented neatly and professionally.
• Assist with basic product replenishment and organization of the Descente Golf display area.
• Participate in the monthly stock take and assist in verifying Descente Golf inventory.
• Coordinate with the iGolf/Descente team on customer enquiries, product availability and sales-related matters.

We are looking for friendly, service-oriented Retail Sales Associates to represent Descente Golf at the Pro Shop in Laguna National Golf Resort Club.

Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome . This role focuses primarily on customer service and sales - no cashiering or POS system handling is required .

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet club members and members' guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce and recommend Descente Golf products based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Be responsible for sales of Descente Golf products only within the Pro Shop.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to regular and VIP customers .
• Maintain good product knowledge and ensure merchandise is presented neatly and professionally.
• Assist with basic product replenishment and organization of the Descente Golf display area.

Full-Time Position

Salary: S$2,500 basic salary per month + sales commission

Working Arrangement

• 8 working hours per day
• 5-day work week / 2 days off per week
• Working schedule will be arranged based on roster and Pro Shop operating requirements.

Part-Time Position

Salary: S$12 per hour
