Job summary

LVMH Fashion (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is offering a 6-month internship to support client experience initiatives across our retail stores. You will help drive a community of Client Experience Ambassadors, assist with learning programs, monitor KPIs and streamline communications between teams.

The role includes organizing workshops, reporting on store performance, and collaborating with local stores and external vendors to implement process improvements. January to June 2027 commitment required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration/coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with professionalism.
• Entrepreneurial approach to project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Drive a community of Client Experience Ambassadors; monitor KPI achievement and identify in-store opportunities.
• Support Learning Community; organize LV Art of Selling and tools for alignment with standards.
• Extract and monitor KPIs; prepare reports for stores.
• Harmonize quarterly Uniform orders and service level standards across stores.
• Engage with BOH and Zone counterparts; provide feedback on tools and tasks.
• Assist in organizing learning workshops; plan, sign-up and ROI tracking.
• Plan and execute learning programs like Experts Academy across Singapore and Malaysia.
