Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore is offering a 6-month internship (January–June 2027) with the e-Retail team to support day-to-day website management and digital project rollouts. This role bridges creativity and technology to enhance the digital client experience and requires proactive, organized, and collaborative execution.

The intern will assist in e-merchandising, content contribution to .COM and App environments, and participate in UAT testing with IS, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in digital e-commerce or related field.
• Experience in project management or digital/retail operations.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for website management and e-merchandising.
• Perform platform hygiene checks across the digital funnel and devices.
• Support content contribution onto the .COM and App environments.
• Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in UAT.
• Identify and report bugs; update JIRA and coordinate with IS and project teams.
• Help prepare UAT sign-off reports and test documentation.
