Job summary

Phoot Huat Pte Ltd is seeking a Temporary Operations Executive in Singapore to support the Retail Operations team with order processing, data entry and daily operational tasks. You will coordinate with retail outlets and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate handling of orders and related administrative duties.

This 3-month contract role requires attention to detail, strong Excel/ERP skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Retail Management or related discipline.
• Experience in operations, administration, retail support, order processing or data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to commit to the full 3-month contract period.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate retail outlet orders accurately and within timelines.
• Enter and amend orders, and verify details before submission.
• Maintain operation records and trackers with accurate data.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to outlets.
• Coordinate with internal teams across departments as needed.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.
• Assist with preparing operational reports and documentation.
