Job summary

HARI HARA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations & Inventory Manager in Singapore to oversee purchasing, receiving, warehousing and distribution. You will lead a team to achieve maximum performance while ensuring efficient stock control and timely fulfillment of orders.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, budget oversight, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Immediate start is preferred and driving is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of consumer goods industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Ability to multitask across diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
• Prepare and control outlet budget for efficiency and minimal expenditure.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure purchases stay within budget.
• Ensure proper storage, organization and timely shipping of products.
• Analyse data to forecast demand and adjust inventories.
• Manage inventory flow to maximize sales and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor expiry dates, stock movement and returns; maintain inventories.
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Address customer complaints to preserve outlet reputation.
• Inspect outlet areas and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotions and displays.
• Stay updated on market trends to drive improvements.
• Analyze sales/revenue reports and forecast accordingly.
