Qualifications

• Proficiency in speaking Chinese to communicate with customers.

• Responsible and organized work approach with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales and customer enquiries from foreign customers to provide accurate product information and support purchasing decisions.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile devices and accessories to meet their needs.
• Operate the POS system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct regular stock-taking to verify inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Update stock information and report inventory status to management for timely decision-making.
• Maintain organized sales and stock documentation to support operational transparency.
• Perform general administrative and daily operational tasks to support store functions.
• Deliver effective communication and quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
