Job summary

Watsons Singapore is seeking a Retail Operations Area/Cluster Manager to lead a group of Store Managers in delivering area business plans and KPIs within budget. You will coach and supervise teams to provide excellent retail experiences and drive sales across the cluster.

You will analyse reports, identify opportunities for improvement, ensure adherence to company procedures, and develop talents for succession.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with a passion for retail management.
• At least 3 years of operational experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of Retail/Health & Beauty related industry.
• Strong leadership qualities and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a group of Store Managers to deliver area business plans and KPIs.
• Coach and supervise Store Managers to deliver excellent retail experiences.
• Analyse reports and trends to identify opportunities and plan improvements.
• Assess store environments and workflows to propose practical improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures to protect assets and KPIs.
• Identify potential candidates and groom them for succession; role model strong work ethics.

As the Retail Operations Area/ Cluster Manager, he/she will lead and manage a group of store manager to deliver area business plan and KPIs within budget. To be accountable for overseeing the individual store activities are effectively carried out. Assist in achieving financial and operational goals of the business. Coach and supervisor a team of Store Managers to deliver excellent retail experience for our customers in order to achieve sales and other retail targets.

What Awaits You:

• Support to stores on delivering KPIs on Sales, profitability and service standard
• Lead and motivate a team of Store In Charge to achieve business objectives, operations excellence in Store & Service standards
• Analyse reports and trends, to engaged internal functions to identify opportunities and roll out plans
• To assess store environments and workflow in order to put up practical proposals for business improvement
• To comply with company procedures at all times in order to protect valuable assets including its people and to achieve company KPIs
• Review store surrounding retail environments to identify areas for improvement opportunities
• Responsible in identifying potentials candidates among the store teams and groom them as part of succession planning
• Be exemplary role model to the team members in work ethics and sales driven with a flair for creativity
