Job summary

Kinu Supply is a design-forward pet merchandise brand based in Singapore. We are seeking a versatile Marketing & Operations Associate to manage daily tasks from content creation to pop-up events, helping grow the brand online and offline.

You will handle content for Instagram/TikTok/Facebook, pack orders, and support campaigns around product launches. Training provided; 5-day week with weekend work expected.

Qualifications

• Creative mindset with fresh ideas for social content, campaigns, and events.
• Comfortable being on camera to host TikTok Live sessions.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; basic photo/video editing.
• Experience managing the TikTok Shop/Seller Centre backend is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to inventory and order accuracy.
• Physically able to lift/move stock up to 10–15 kg.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure during pop-ups, launches.
• Familiar with Shopify or ecommerce platforms; training provided.
• Open to supporting sister brand Studio Kinu during peak periods.
• Able to commit to a 5-day week including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for Kinu Supply's Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to build engagement and drive sales.
• Host TikTok Live sessions to showcase and sell products on camera.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns around product launches, pop-ups, and promotions.
• Respond to enquiry emails, Instagram/TikTok DMs, and customer comments promptly and professionally.
• Support email/Shopify marketing (newsletters, promotions, product announcements).
• Manage merchandise inventory, stock counts, and warehouse organisation.
• Pack and fulfil online and wholesale orders accurately and on time.
• Help conceptualise, plan, and execute pop-ups and events.
• Coordinate event logistics and liaise with vendors and venue partners for smooth on-the-ground delivery.
• Represent the brand at pop-up booths, engaging directly with customers.
• Assist with order processing and customer service across our online store and marketplaces.
• Support day-to-day Shopify backend and stock-related admin.
• Cross-Brand Support: occasionalStudio Kinu tasks during peak periods.

About Us

Kinu Supply is a design-forward, illustrated pet merchandise brand. As we grow our retail presence, product lines, and pop-up/event calendar, we're looking for someone to help run the day-to-day of the business and grow how the brand shows up online; from packing orders and running a pop-up booth, to planning the content and campaigns behind a product launch.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content

• Plan and create content for Kinu Supply's Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to build engagement and drive sales
• Host TikTok Live sessions to showcase and sell products on camera
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns around product launches, pop-ups, and promotions
• Respond to enquiry emails, Instagram/TikTok DMs, and customer comments promptly and professionally
• Support email/Shopify marketing (newsletters, promotions, product announcements)

Merchandise & Inventory

• Manage merchandise inventory, stock counts, and warehouse organisation
• Pack and fulfil online and wholesale orders accurately and on time

Retail & Events

• Help conceptualise, plan, and execute pop-ups and events
• Coordinate event logistics and liaise with vendors and venue partners for smooth on-the-ground delivery
• Represent the brand at pop-up booths, engaging directly with customers

Operations Support

• Assist with order processing and customer service across our online store and marketplaces

Cross-Brand Support

• Kinu Supply and Studio Kinu operate under the same roof and team, so this role may occasionally support Studio Kinu with tasks such as studio/client support or event coordination, particularly during peak periods

What We're Looking For

• A creative mindset with fresh ideas for social content, campaigns, and events
• Comfortable being on camera to host TikTok Live sessions
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content formats; basic photo/video editing skills a plus
• Experience managing the TikTok Shop/Seller Centre backend (product listings, Live setup, orders) is a strong plus
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially for inventory and order accuracy
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock (up to approximately 10-15kg) during packing and event setup
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure during pop-ups, launches, and peak sales periods
• Comfortable around animals, particularly dogs (a plus, not required)
• Familiarity with Shopify, basic inventory systems, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage but not essential - training provided
• Open to occasionally supporting our sister brand, Studio Kinu, during busy periods (e.g. major shoots or studio events)
• Able to commit to a 5-day week that includes at least one weekend day (ideally both), plus occasional event dates

Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.
