Studio Kinu is a family photography studio that creates warm, memorable moments for families. We are seeking an energetic, friendly team member who enjoys working with children and is comfortable around pets.

This role supports studio operations, content creation, and retail events, offering variety and opportunities to build relationships with families and kids. Expect to engage with children, help photographers, and manage basic client admin while contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Studio Kinu is a family photography studio that specializes in creating warm, memorable experiences for families.

We are looking for anenergetic, friendly, and reliable team memberwho enjoys working with children, is comfortable around pets, and can support both studio operations and content creation. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a creative environment, and enjoys variety in their work, especially if you love engaging with kids and enjoy building relationships with people.

We also run a merchandise arm that participates in pop-ups and events, so some customer-facing retail experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and play with children of different ages to help them feel relaxed and comfortable during photoshoot.
• Support photographers by keeping children entertained and cooperative during session.
• Assist in creating a fun, calm, and welcoming environment for families.
• Interact with and help handle pets during studio sessions when required

Client Interaction & Customer Support

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival at the studio.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service before, during, and after sessions
• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram
• Assist with booking coordination and basic client admin
• Support pop-up events, including setup, customer interaction, and retail sales

Studio Operations & Admin

• Prepare the studio before sessions and reset after shoots
• Organise and maintain props, outfits, and equipment
• Ensure the studio remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times
• Handle ad-hoc admin and operational tasks as needed

Content Creation & Social Media Support

• Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos during shoots and events
• Assist with basic content creation for Instagram and other platforms
• Help organise media files and support content planning when needed
• Support pop-up and event content coverage

Requirements

• Able to commitat least one weekend per week (workdays will involve 4 weekday + 1 weekend)
• Enjoys interacting with children and has experience with young kids
• Friendly, patient, and confident in engaging families
• Comfortable around animals, especially dogs
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using social media apps, WhatsApp, and email
• Retail or pop-up experience is a bonus
• Work in a warm, creative, family-centric environment
• Be part of meaningful moments for families and children
• Gain hands-on experience in photography studios, events, retail, and content
• Flexible and dynamic role with room to grow
