• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in apparel industry.
• Proven experience in managing retail stores, sales teams and overall sales performance.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory data and develop appropriate action plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on the selling floor and ensure warm, attentive and knowledgeable service.
• Drive customer-first culture and recommend the right products.
• Build in-depth product knowledge across fabrics, fits, functionality and styling.
• Deliver confident styling and recommendations to improve customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships through personalized service and Giordano membership.
• Capture customer feedback and translate insights into improvements.
• Take ownership of store sales, profitability and target achievement.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, ASP and gross margin.
• Review performance and translate insights into actions for the team.
• Identify opportunities by understanding best sellers and customer demand.
• Manage store incentive programme and ensure clear targets and accountability.
• Maintain strong product availability and inventory levels.
• Demonstrate knowledge of best sellers, slow movers and customer requests.
• Coordinate replenishment, transfers, ageing stock and shrinkage with buying team.
• Provide timely product and customer insights to merchandising and planning.
• Maintain strong inventory controls and minimize stock loss.
• Deliver Giordano's brand identity through visual presentation and store standards.
• Ensure merchandising makes products easy to discover and purchase.
• Maintain high standards across product presentation and fitting rooms.
• Use performance and customer data to adjust merchandising.
• Coach on the selling floor, develop team capabilities in service, product knowledge and styling.
• Recruit and onboard people with the right attitude and energy.
• Provide regular feedback and use KPIs to improve performance.
