Giordano Originals (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the store team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You will own store profitability, inventory accuracy, and adherence to Giordano's global retail standards.

The role requires 5+ years in apparel retail, strong leadership and analytics, and willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Progression opportunities exist within the regional retail network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in apparel industry.
• Proven experience in managing retail stores, sales teams and overall sales performance.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory data and develop appropriate action plans.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity with responsibility for team development and performance.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills to work effectively with Sales, Buying, Marketing, HR and other departments.
• Strong commercial awareness with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the selling floor and provide warm, attentive customer service.
• Drive store sales, profitability and achievement of targets.
• Maintain inventory controls and collaborate with the Singapore buying team.
• Deliver strong visual merchandising and product storytelling across the store.
• Coach and develop the team through training and feedback.
• Plan rosters, manage budgets and ensure smooth store operations.
• Build lasting customer relationships and Giordano membership.
• Take ownership of store issues and ensure timely resolution.
