Job summary

Airbox in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Field Sales Associate to grow our retail network and strengthen store partnerships across the city-state.

You will visit retailers, onboard partners, handle merchandising, restocking, tastings, and activations, and work closely with stores to optimize product availability and drive repeat orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, field sales, merchandising, distribution, or retail operations.
• Confidence approaching new retailers and building relationships with store teams.
• Strong follow-through, organisation, and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Singapore and undertake hands-on stock handling and activation setup.
• Comfort using mobile tools to record visits, stock information, and sales activity.
• Availability for occasional weekend or evening activations, with arrangements discussed in advance.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable retailers and onboard Airbox brands.
• Visit partners, present products and onboarding, and follow up.
• Discuss terms within guidelines and coordinate agreements.
• Help stores launch with initial assortment, stock placement, and merchandising.
• Maintain regular contact with store owners and staff.
• Understand sales and feedback to expand the assortment.
• Follow up on replenishment needs and payment queries with internal teams.
• Keep stores engaged and encourage repeat orders.
• Conduct store visits, stock counts, restocking, and shelf checks.
• Monitor product availability, expiry dates, pricing, placement, and display quality.
• Coordinate returns, damaged stock, and discrepancies with the warehouse.
• Plan routes and maintain visit records, photos, and follow-up actions.
• Set up tastings, sampling, promotions, and other in-store activities.
• Coordinate with stores on schedules, stock, and marketing materials.
• Engage shoppers and collect useful feedback.
• Track activity outcomes and suggest improvements.
