You’ll be responsible for frontline sales and customer service operations within our Singtel Exclusive Retailer stores, ensuring every customer finds the right connectivity and digital solutions for their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence:Drive and achieve sales performance targets for mobile plans, broadband services, and handset sales.
• Comprehensive Solutions:Assist customers with re-contracts, value-added digital solutions, and a wide range of mobile accessories.
• Customer Engagement:Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Frontline Operations:Manage daily store operations, including stock management, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and store merchandising.

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Monthly Salary: Basic starting from $1,000
