Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and process customer payments using POS systems.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and address inquiries.
• Assist with stock management including receiving, shelving and organizing products.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised retail environment.
• Handle cash, card and digital payments with accuracy.
• Support displays and promotional activities to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock counts as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient store operations.
