Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a cashier/support role to help manage daily operations and resolve enquiries. The position offers a rotating shift schedule with two days off, and transport from MRT stations is provided, with attractive allowances and incentives.

The ideal candidate has a cheerful, proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior cashiering or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Experience in cashiering and customer service is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains professionalism and discretion in handling work matters.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly.
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively.
• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions.
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
